About the Author
I started freelancing when I was 17, producing commercials for local businesses. In college, I kept up the production business and started offering social media management (this new “Facebook” thing was all the rage). When I graduated, I lasted 3 months at a desk job before I quit and went freelance full time. I’ve never looked back.
I’ve been freelancing for 15 years, and now run a small creative studio with my wife in Los Angeles, CA. In that time. We’ve worked with household brands, Fortune 500 companies, and many agencies across the country. I’ve also directed and produced content that has been seen on Showtime, Hulu, Netflix, and iTunes.
Rather than employees, we have a group of fellow freelancers we work with and have scaled our business to something that provides the lifestyle we enjoy. It can most definitely be done, and it’s what I want for you as well!
